I 100% agree with this I have never had S-05 get as crystal clear as BRY-97....drops much faster

Why not?

I pitched 11g into 10 gallons of wort (oxygenated with pure o2)...took around 18 hours to really get going, visible fermentation started @ around 12 hours

I just carbed up a centennial blonde ale with this yeast and I am very impressed, it is cleaner than nottingham and S-05..... definitely not chico, I'd call it closer to pacman.....flocculation is excellent as you can see from the attached pic...hop flavor and aroma are more pronounced than...
