Finally got around to bottling this one after spending 9 weeks in primary. Hatched 13 chickens right after I brewed this beer, and was raising them in the garage (in a large brooder, not running all over the place - :) ), and there was a bit too much dust and feathers for me to want to bottle...

I do not see any issue with doing smaller 1 pound batches. That would actually be a great way to do test batches.
