    Thanks. I have had fun with this mead thing. I made a gallon of just pure mead. I thought it would be a good idea to add a extra pound and a half to it bring the total to four and a half pound in one gallon of mead. I found out after not take a ag reading. That the fermentation was crawling...

    I have a friend how is a bee keeper . This is goof for free honey. The honey i started with was soled so i reconstituted it in a water bath. I used the wife juicer and juiced some black berries. I poured the honey berry juice and add some yeast energiser and nut... This lead me to a problem...

    dude I cant count the days intel i get to dedicate a hole room to my set up. congrats, but a little fyi . I notice that your burners were mounted to galvanized steel strut .That stuff is poisonous when heated . you may wont to rethink that one .

    The grant allows me to gravity feed from the mash and then pump from the grant back over the mash .

    Just a thougt find a squer vessel that you could put all the way across the botton use two 5500 watt heeat stick to heat it that would be the hot liquor tank the mash and boil kettle at a adequate height. A pump on each end of the tank. I think that might work well .
