I guess I don't know . . . it's a lot of sports and entertainer memorabilia on the walls there now . . . but we never go into the other room, just the one where the cash register is. And their breakfasts are pretty darn good . . .

Sad to say, I've never been to Strother's. Wife doesn't drink (more for me! plus built-in designated driver!) and what time I've spent in downtown Lee's Summit, it's usually at Neighbor's Cafe. And yeah, Neighbor's still has those nasty-good cinnamon rolls . . . I bet they'd be excellent with...

Yeah, I've seen things various places about boil tending to make darker beer. Since I don't mind darker beer, and am basically a noob anyway, it machts nichts to me. What I'm thinking about for a darker, fuller beer next time is using two Dark extracts--or maybe two Darks and an amber, and...
