I'm not sure I quite understand. You want a border on an image you have to also show inside a label design? Generally I recommend an image at least 500px by 500px so it's good resolution when printing.

If you try to print or save any of the labels that aren't free you'll see the prompt for premium membership. If you'd rather not pay money to have a label you can use any of the free labels. So either way you should be fine.
