    What Should I Get from Cali

    I live in northwest Florida where the beer selection is good but not great. My buddy is going to northern California What should I have him bring back? Other then Pliny(I have a case)

    No secondary = less beer

    Does anyone else find that you loose about 1/2 gallon because of trub when you don't use a secondary? My best beers so far have come from just using a primary fermentor but I find that I always come up a sixer or more short. Just an observation...

    slow start /no start

    48 hours ago I pitched Wyeast 3191 Berliner Weisse into two 5 gallon batches of Hefe. The pitching temp was perfect as is the fermenting temp. But I'm showing no signs of fermentation yet. Should I just relax and let it happen?
