    Lemongrass Rye

    This turned out pretty darn good, I only could find 3oz of lemongrass and added a little honey, and finaly after 20 or so batches this is the first one my wife actually enjoyed.

    NB American Wheat ++

    I added 1 pound of honey, and 1 oz of cracked peppercorn to this kit, and I love it, really good ice cold.

    I can't seem to stop brewing, and my wife is gettting a little pissed.I figuar she gets a shoe closet and I get a brew closet.

    Pepper Corn

    I just finnished my brew and it went great, I took youer advice and added 1oz of craked peppercorn at the last 15 min and added 10oz of honey at the 30 min mark. I snaged a little taste before I sent it off to the old fridge, and I'm stoked, Thanks for the advice.

    I just had a Shorts American Wheat with peppercorn in it and loved it, I will be trying a NB American Wheat kit this weekend and was wondering when would be a good time to add a little pepper corn to the mix. This will be my first attempt at straying from a kit.

    Howdey all, Belleville MI here.

    Just started brewing in late spring and can't seem to stop. I've got the feeling its going to be a great summer. I love this site, so much great advice.
