Took a sniff of my airlock and it seems to have a sorta banana smell :ban: Used S-04 safeale pitched at about 68 deg ferm. temp has bee in the mid 60s. I used 7.25 lbs of light lme,13 oz of crysal 55-65 and 4 oz of chocolate malt, Is this normal???????????:mug:

Yesterday i racked to a secondary after 8 days in a primary. Today I noticed some small white foamy looking bubbles forming on top of the beer. Is this a bad thing?

Do I need to wait for the airlock to quit bubbling before I rack to a secondary ? It's been 8 days in primary. Thanks
