    If I can't find organic, what's the best way to clean non-organic fruit for addition to the primary?

    Fruity hoppy amber ale

    I'm brewing an amber ale with Saaz hops for bittering and then Cascade for finishing. I'm thinking of adding some fruit flavor, but not sure if it'd be too overshadowed by the amber and the hoppiness. Is it possible to have a subtle fruit flavor in a hoppy amber? If so, what's a good fruit to go...
