    are there any concerns with sweating the copper pick up tubes? any problems with the solder (sp?) in the wort? should i scrape off the excess?

    Has anyone seen (anywhere) some cheap (pricewise) kettles 160q + (45 gallons preferably 50-55). Stainless a must. Is there anyone out there who knows what the price for a 4x12' sheet of 1/16 stainless goes for? We need kettles!!! :tank:
