I brewed my version on 1/18/2014, and went to secondary at the end of February. It sat there until I bottled it on 7/16/2014. It carbed up with no problem, and I didn't add anything. It is excellent, and I am planning on getting a new batch started soon!!

I was thinking of adding some oak before I bottle this beer. Do you think this beer would do well on oak?

I just got back from the LHBS and got all of my ingredients. I can't wait to try this recipe this weekend. tcorry- I was wondering what changes you would make...if any?

I bought and crushed some grain last week. I wasn't able to brew, and the grain may sit for about 10-12 days. Will that grain be ok, or should I go get some more?

When you let a beer sit, is it only connected to the CO2, or do you leave it connected to the beer line as well?
