Try going to Gingerman. Very large selection of beers. It changes constantly, but look at the website to get a sense of what they have. If I am meeting people in Manhattan that's where I usually go.

I had dried flowers that I added during the last 15 minutes of the boil. They were part of a kit, but I understand they are used in some types of Latin cooking and you can find them in stores that cater to those types of ingredients.
I made the mini-mash about 90 days ago and bottled a two of weeks ago. Had one yesterday. Mine came out pink in color, dry mouthfeel and has a very pronounced grapefruit citrus taste to it. Decent, but not exactly something I would brew again.
I brewed one 4 weeks ago and it's still bubbling away. It stopped for 2 days about week into it. Then I threw a heating pad on and slowly raised the tempurature. Took the heating pad off a week ago and I can still see CO2 bubbles forming in the carboy. These beers take forever to ferment.
