What did you do to correct your dilemma?

After reviewing many options on the home brew chats, it is clear that everybody has their own idea for the proper settings for homebrewing with a SYL-2362A2 PID. What do you recommend for the most accurate settings when using the SYL-2362A2 PID along with and RTD, Pt100? I am using 2 of both...

That pot would be a good choice. No matter what you use, your hops will look much better this year than last. Remember to add some extra love to 'em and they will pay you back exponentially!

Have you measured the temps at the base? I would estimate they are quite a bit cooler than the water temp. Heat rises and the kettle sheds about 10% of the heat value, so I am going to proceed with my build. I will post pictures and data as I go.

We all would brew beer at home no matter what the cost. My wife is happy that I have this "inexpensive hobby" now. The last one I had was vintage aircraft. Brewing is much less costly than flying. Safer too.:mug:
