    Berliner with Lacto and Brett only?

    Plating yeast blends?

    Are there any special considerations to plating a yeast blend as opposed a singular strain? For example, I have a Brett Blend from ECY and I'd like to save it for future batches but I'm not sure if the standard procedure would work... Thoughts?

    KAB4 Burner issue (goes out during long boil)
