    Thanks again! I think I won't mess with it and see how it turns out. It's been in fermenter for 4 days now and pretty active. It smells great though. I like the breakfast stout idea!!     Thanks for the info guys. Will check into a refractometer for sure. And the math makes sense too! Not familiar with DME/LME, will look into that as well!
