    GFCI Panel Wiring correct?

So i bought a 60amp Spa Panel on CL. Eaton #CH60SPA. It's a 3 wire setup. Not the usual 4 i have been seeing. Someone please tell me i have this wired correctly. The lines going into the breaker are to me E-kettle. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxb3Mzgk0gEDU2Z2Vjl5bDg3VkU/view?usp=sharing

    Is this Panel a GFCI?

So I was planning on using my washer/dryer outlet for me E-Kettle. My question is do i need a spa panel for the GFCI? The outlet runs to a Disconnect/Panel outside of my Electrical panel in my unfinished basement. Does this already have GFCI protection?
