Anyone brewed this New Holland high gravity stout ....
Getting the recipe from 250 classic style magazine .
And running the numbers threw BeerSmith 2
And since it had oat flakes though it should be an oatmeal stout
But thats not the case . Drag, milk is 10 percent and the magazine says 8...
Anyone thought of coming up with a reciept,
It has wheat,SAAZ hops, an American wheat ale.
I personally had not had it , but that will change soon :cross:
Really cant wait to try it

PH 7.8
Na = 5
Potassium K= 1
Calcium Ca = 73
Magnes. Mg = 14
Total Hardness...

I want to make a goose inland imperail brown with a hint of burbin,but with out the wooden keg ,,,,,,l is their some wooden chips,or flavoring I can put in the fermation?

I am in the process of building a three keg system,
But what I need is the details for the piping installations with a Marsh pump,
I can do all the work just want to make it easyier if the had the plans for the project
Got the Frame build, got the kegs cut, and some weldless fitting order...
Anyone ever heard of a Murphy's Irish Stout?
Its a bother or cousin to a guiness I think ?
It was smooth and White creamie thick head.
In fact the head took a while to settle to the top like a guiness
I am looking for this recipe in a extract ,,,clone
