    New Belgium's web site says they use honey malt as the base for their mighty arrow but everyone says don't use more than 20% or it will be too much. I tried this recipe but don't taste honey at all. Don't know if I should use more or mash higher. Didn't get enough of the citrusy aroma and flavor...
