    Temperature difference in and out of a fermenter?

    Dry but with body

    How do extract homebrewers play around with the ingredients to make a dry beer? Dry is one thing, I would also want the beer to have some proper body and mouth feel? Anyone has tried anything along what I have described?

    Super major screw up! Few will screw up as badly as this during bottling

    Visitor from Tiny Singapore

    I am from Singapore, a small tropical island in South East Asia. So small that it cannot be seen on the world map. We have a small homebrewing community and a surprisingly active microbrewery (5 micros for about 5 mil population locally) industry. Hope to learn more from you guys!
