    Help Missed step

    I made Cider today from fresh pressed apples. I missed the step with adding the putting the Campden and leaving it sit for 24 hours. We also did not put the Petic Enzyme in. Is it going to turn out? Should I add it in now with the yeast already added? Thanks, MrLucky13

    Will DMS age out or Do I dump my beer?

    I have been brewing a parshal mash cream ale recipe and the first batch was awesome great for you BMC drinkers. I made it again, and again. I have 5 gal in bottles and 5 gals in secondary right know. I have noticed that it smells like corn (DMS). I only did a 60 min boil on both beers...
