Yes, I tried it and it had a bit of a sour taste to it when I first tapped it. But after two weeks in the kegerator, the sour taste is pretty much gone. I did some extensive testing last weekend ;)

Thanks for the replys. The brew has been fermenting just fine so I think I will let it go and maybe ph test it when I rack it.
