I'm just the opposite of the OP. Never brewed a drop but don't see the point of not going all in if I do. I want to find a keg or two.. or three and take it from there.

I'm a business owner... never brewed a drop of beer in my life. If I could make a better living brewing beer then what I do now I'd do it in a heart beat. Just a different widget.

Forget the beer and go to Jackstack BBQ. There are two of them. The one in OP is on Metcalf.

It's always best to stick to one or two word commands with dogs and be consistent with them... sit, stay, here, heal, fetch... cerveza. I could see where he would get confused by using the command cerveza to fetch a bottle and also to open the fridge to get a treat... two different demands...

I vote Steel Reserve for worst hangover from a beer. One of my employees was raving about the stuff so I bought a 12 pack... yes a 12 pack. That $#!t gave me about the worse hangover I've ever had... and I drink A LOT of beer. What I didn't finish I threw away the next day.:drunk:

Isn't Guinness the biggest by volume beer made in the world? It would seem they are doing something right. I like it and I like it COLD!

My buddy use to make that in college... he called it "Elmer Fudpucker". Also ran into a group at a BBQ contest that made it. They called theirs "Pink Pantie Pull Downs" Good stuff!

I think A "well trained dog" could handle not tearing into a refrigerator anytime it pleased. The problem is about 98% of dogs aren't that well trained. I've already stated here that I could teach my lab (like the one in the video) to fetch a beer this afternoon probably... he's well trained...

I don't have a lot of brewing experience but I've built plenty of stuff. If your time frame is really just two years I wouldn't go to crazy with this project. If the drain is usable leave it where it is (they're a b!tch to move if in concrete), use the green drywall all around and put about...

Where do you guys buy these and what would grow best in Kansas?

Didn't read everything here but I'm curious. How in the word do some of you profess to make these 5 and 10 gal plus batches of beer weekly but only drink a liter a day. That's some fuzzy math :drunk:
