Ok, so, I can get 2 corny kegs, and one other corny style that I think may be 10 gallons, for prob about 20 bucks for the 3. The issue is that they were used to spray pesticides with. Can they be cleaned for brewing use? Im thinking that if I cleaned the crap out of them and installed new popits...

The thing to remember about propane, is that you have a little less than 100k btu's per 1 gallon. So, if your burner is 210k then in will burn roughly 2.5 gallons an hour. Also, a 20 lb tank holds 5 gallons. One other note, if you have gotten your tank from a bottle exchange, like at lowes, or...

10 psi adjustable regulators will be fine. That's what I have on my banjo burners. My burners are also about 4" away from the keggle bottoms.

It al boils down to personal preference really. I prefer the look of a coffin over a collar thats just me. Also I have mini me's running around so a collar wouldn't be practical, because little hands are curious! Pulling it out to open it is kind of a pain, but it's worth it for me :).

You are on the right track, but 700 psi? No way! Anywhere from 100-200 psi with a maximum of 250 psi. All propane service pressure relief valves are set at 250 psi. Propane pressure fluctuates with temperature, cold temp is lower pressure in the tank vs. when it is hot.

That regulator will work fine, but you need to make sure that you keep the orifice for the burners. There should be a small brass fitting at the end of the old hoses, that's the orifice. Something else to think about putting on would be a shutoff valve on each burner, so you can use one at a...
