    Sediment is definately normal depending on how much you siphoned out of the boil... Whats the temp your fermenting at? What yeast? What recipee? How is it bubbling through the air lock? What was the starting gravity? What is the gravity now? You should be ok to move to a secondary and wait a...

    Gas prices

    Does any one know what gas prices are in MS right now... I figured i'd add a little fuel no pun.. to the fire... the gas in the desert is rigt at 30 cents a liter if my calculations are correct. I was just downtown last month and saw it... so how much ya'll figure we are paying for shipment?

    Fermentap pro's/con's

    Can someone give me the lowdown on the fermentap It looks like the coolest addition to the siphoning delema. Also, can you ferment using it.. It looks as if its meant to be used all the way through the process!!! Forgive the Noooobee questions...:mug:

    Immersion chiller advice....

    I heartily agree here, I stretched out my immersion chiller and it works amazing, but then I went with a mythbusters approach and added salt to the ICE water mix around my prechiller andwhata diference..... 3-5min in the summer in MS
