    Okay, thought of this on the blue the other day and didn't know the answer. When sanitizing my equipment what the difference between a bleach or starsanz solution vs a vinager solution? Vinager is a darn good bug/bacteria killer so what do you people think?:mug:

    Experment gone wrong...

    Okay, wish i'd taken pics but hey, hinsight is 20/20. I thought that tonight i'd add some of my apfelwein(sp?) to some warm milk before hitting the sack. I'd done this many time with mead and it's great for helping with the sleep department. But i digress, so here i am pouring my now warm milk...

    Tap room, your opinion?

    Traditional red wine

    Conversion?

    Massive newb question

    Okay, i wasn't sure and i asked my sister and she didn't know. With wine, do i ferment in fermenter then put in the carboy? Or does it strait to the carboy? Does it depend on the wine? thanks for the help, like i said, massive newb.:cross:
