    Plate Chiller

I had looked into non brazed plate chillers, there was not much in the way of sizes that we would use. I had stumbled across this one which was perfect but they do not manufacturer this size anymore. I would love to see you pull this off!

    Portable CO2

I assume that is a typo and it is 9oz and 20oz cylinder?

    Party Pig??

Here is a simple mod that has worked for me: 16.00 tire inflater and a 1.00 Co2 Cart that I am still using the same one after several dispenses (by no means condoned by Quoin!) Drill and tap with 1/8 pipe tap and use a 1/8 tank valve, not the easiest to find in a retail store but no issue...

    Pets that Rule your house!

I have not had an issue, we have two boxers that have been nose to nose with him many of times. We keep them separated just to play it safe, boxers can be high strung and one always starts barking and lunging trying to play with him and I would hate to see what would happen if he got tired of...

    Pets that Rule your house!

Actually it is a Salvator Monitor or water monitor, about second in size to a komodo. He is about 7+ feet (tail and all) and about 65+ lbs. A Savannah actually would fair well in the desert as they are from the Savannah in Africa. We have had two of these and they are very docile as well, our...

    BrewMagic

FYI, it appears they are considering selling off the homebrew/retail sales side including these.

    3gal kegs - $50 each on ebay

supply vs demand - there were way more 5gal then 3gal in the field so the supply is low and the demand is high as they are getting harder to find.

    5500 watt element

This is only for the HLT, correct? So it should not see the acidity like a wort pump and should not need variable flow control?

    delayed boil

I doubt you would end up with infections after the boil, the only difference I would say is that it could sour but if it was in the fridge it probably would of slowed that process. At room temp it can sour quickly, have you smelled the funk grains get that have spent much time out in room temps...

    Party Pig or Tap-a-Draft?

Get your pig some tail...;) 16.00 tire inflater and a +1.00 Co2 Cart that I am still using the same one after several dispenses (by no means condoned by Quoin!) Drill and tap with 1/8 pipe tap and use a 1/8 tank valve, not the easiest to find in a retail store but no issue at McMaster...

$15 ball valve bulkhead from Lowes

Check with a magnet, most likely anything that a magnet would not stick to would work ( brass, bronze, SS, Alum ) Maybe Just pickle them with the valve and other parts if they are gold in color.

    Sanyo 4912 Kegerator Conversion

From the bottom of the fridge to the bottom of the freezer is 24 1/4". The freezer compartment could be bent down and swung to the back wall if necessary and you would end up with 28 1/2".

    Sanyo 4912 Kegerator Conversion

Yes just been using a picnic tap for now, I do have a tower for it but haven't got around to putting it on.

    Sanyo 4912 Kegerator Conversion

Actually this is a Danby, it is black and stainless on the outside but white on the inside(Good for telling when it needs a cleaning). I picked it up for $80 new so I could resist at the time. I had 3 gal cornies so I was not overly concerned with the freezer compartment.

    Cheap Stainless Steel Fermenter

Unless you are really set on making something of your own, by the time you spend $100 on a trash can and then $ for fittings and all, for $200 you should look into one of these...
