    Zero Carbonation Help!

    I have used those pills before but i never only used 1 pill, 3usually. Temperature does help the word is 75 F is the temperature you want while you are bottle conditioning. After it has reached the level of carbonation you like but them in that is 55 f

    Salt in beer

    It will be a very small amount about 1 maybe 2 teaspoons of the rub my objective is to bring some heat to the overall flavor of the beer. This rub has some good hot spices to it!

    Salt in beer

    I am planning on making an all grain black ipa and I am planning to add a dry rub in the last ten minutes of the boil. It has spices, brown sugar and salt. What does salt do to beer? Anything bad or just off flavor?

    Upgrading Burner to what?

    Recently bought a 62 qrt stainless steel pot. That messures a little over 16 inches in diameter. What burner is best for using propane. I want the most efficient burner that wont waist much gas. Do i need burner that is wider than 16 or does a 14 in burner be ok?
