    So who's brewing this weekend?

    Just bottled a Nut Brown. Secondarys got a California IPA in it and I plan on brewing AHS Tripel IPA this week.....cheers!

    Brewers Best California Imperial Pale Ale

    I just brewed this 2 days ago. Looks great, smells curious. And by curious I mean it doesn't smell like Arrogant Bastard. This is only my second batch but I would think it would smell closer the final product. Does fermentation effect smell? Or is my beer screwed up? I'm assuming waiting...
