    Nottingham smell

    I just used some Danstar Nottingham yeast and thought it smelled a little strong. I have not used this yeast enough to know if this is normal. It had a bread like odor in the package that was fairly intense. So I was wondering is this normal? Thanks

    under fermented how will it taste?

    I just kegged Biermunchers Kona Fire Rock P.A. and realized I should have let it ferment a few more days because my F.G. was 1.019 and should have been 1.014.
