    Swapped Co2 mid-keg - psi level help

    So my CO2 ran out mid-keg... I had it running around 10-12psi. I disconnected it, filled it up, reconnected it, and it instantly shot up to ~25psi. I tried to turn down the regulator and bleed off some pressure, but it wouldn't come down.. what am I doing wrong? :confused:

    What's up, all - been reading the forums for a while now, decided to register... Just got my first batch fermenting (an Irish Red Ale)... on day 3, and of course I'm wondering why the fermentation has stopped (or so it seems)... maybe should've aerated it better when putting it into primary...
