Coors Batch 19
I'm trying to develop a clone recipe for Coors Batch 19.
What I know:
Hops are Hersbrucker and Strisslespalt. 26 IBUs, 5.5 alcohol by volume.
What I experienced:
Aroma is toasted malts and grassy hops. Flavor is malt dominant grainy sweetness with light hop...
Looking for a beer bar in Albuquerque, NM. Either micro-brew or multi-taps. Traveling there for the weekend for my 35th birthday. Any suggestions would be great.
I'm brewing a CAP (lager). I moved the beer to a room that's 65 degrees 3/4 through to preform a diacetyl rest. My concern is it's been 7 days and I still have airlock actively. My gravity reading is already lower than my estimate and it's still going.
What's going on with this one?
Going to be making a CAP (Classic American Pilsner). I'm not sure if I should go with WLP800 Pilsner Lager Yeast or WLP840 American Pilsner Lager Yeast.
I have a Brew Infuser, but I'm not sure how many oz of hops it can hold.
Amazon says 4 ounces, but that's a bit much to me.

I'm going to Denver for an extended weekend and want to take in all the beer I can. I know this area is rich in beers, but is there any place I should focus on? In addition to a brewery I'm looking for a pub with 100 + beers.
Thanks,
Jesse

I'm looking for a recipe for Juleøl (Norwegian Christmas Beer). Traditional style (no spices).
This is very rare in the U.S. Viking Brewery makes a version with spices (http://www.vikingbrewing.com/products.htm). In Norway this style is extremely popular, Norway produces more Christmas beer...

Hi, my name is Jesse and I have about 17 batches under my belt (15 ales and 2 lagers). I really wanted to take my beer making to the next level and found Homebrewtalk.com.
