    Got curious, and decided to taste/grav read my beer after the past 60hrs fermenting... TASTES LIKE BEER! HAHA. I have heard so many horror stories, so glad that mine worked out!

    Hows it going guys/gals out there in HB land? I'm Devon, from SoCal. Got a homebrew kit for christmas, and a widmer hef copy to brew. Thats currently fermenting in my apartment closet, lol. I know I messed up a bit, scorched/burned the malt extract (I know to turn off the stove next time)...
