    Natural carbonation in a sanke

    Hey guys, Quick question. When naturally carbonating in a sanke keg, do I need to prime the keg with CO2 in order to create a sufficient seal? It seems like sanke's already have a pretty strong seal. Thanks.

    Temperature Rise During Respiration

    Just got my second brew started and as with my first I noticed a one degree temperature rise during respiration. Is this common? Do the yeast get so excited about making beer that they get all hot and bothered?
