Brewmation 5500w Element Thread Size ?

The ID of the locknut looks to be about 1-3/16" I'm 99% sure that this is consistent with a 1" NPS pipe so my final answer is that yes, the brewmation elemente use the standard 1" NPS elements

Brewmation 5500w Element Thread Size ?

Hi All, I'm having a new keggle welded up and wondered if anyone could confirm the thread size on the 5500w elements that Brewmation uses in their setups? From searching the forums it seems that 1" NPS is most common but there are some elements with different odd-ball sizes. Thanks Mike

What are the most unique hops?

I just finished a keg of a simple nelson sauvin pale ale and i couldn't imagine a substitute for that hop. The tart, fresh grape aromas from nelson sauvin are amazing.

    Beer Line Cooling

Hi All, I haven't been able to find any threads on beer line cooling as it seems most folks dispense right from the top of a keezer or fridge and there isn't too much need to cool the lines in that setup. I will be setting up a keezer in the basement of my building and running about 20' or...

    growing hops from rooftop

Thanks for all the input - I think that home made earth boxes are the way to go. I will try these for my hot pepper crop this year too. I am excited to see how well the hops do with 5 stories of climbing space, keep an eye out for my grow thread when i get my rhizomes in March.
