    Vanilla mead

    I just made up a one allon batch of mead and am going to falvor with vanilla. I have one 1 1/2 to 2 inch bean. Should i split and scrape it when i rack it over or just drop it in.

    Undercarbed beer

    Well after having an issue with overcarbing on a batch i bottled i went to the lower end of the scale and only added a half cup of corn sugar when i bottled my wheat. Now it is undercarbed. Is there anything i can do short of drinking flat beer or dumping the batch.

    Hops for stout

    A buddy and i are brewing the none more vanilla stout and the recipe calls for Northern brewer pellet hops 1oz at 7%. The LHBS had 1oz at 8%. He told me to use .875oz. My question is what would it do to the taste if i used the whole oz.
