this is the foyer of my apartment building somehow the wind opened the door letting plenty of snow in lol

Anyone ever heard of this model kegerator? I've been seeing them all over ebay and am wondering if it would be worth it or not. I am a strong believer in you get what you pay for which is why I am a little leery about this model.
Thoughts opinions?
