    Question for those using Sanke kegs as fermenters

    I've got two sanke kegs that I plan to start using soon as fermenters. My question is how do you guys acurately measure the quantity of wort inside the keg? or do you just take the measurement inside the boil kettle prior to transfer to keg. Thanks for any thoughts and ideas

    Motor size for a monster mill?

    I'm thinking of purchasing the MM3 1.5" roller, any opinions on that mill would be great. I'm looking at a geared motor that is rated at 40 inch pounds of torque and 178RPM, is that enough power? Thanks for any info.

    Jet Burner Distance from Kettle

    Just got my burner stands together and am curious what the optimum distance is from burner tip to the bottom of kettle. I'm using 10 tip Natural Gas jet burners rated at 75K BTU. Thanks for any help
