Just made a ten gallon allgrain batch of this last night. I've made this four other times and it's a good beer.

I think mine is 6x6x6

I mill a lot finer than most people and use rice hulls. I don't vorlauf and I only fly sparge for 20 minutes or so.

I bought 4 kegs from them a year ago and was happy with them.

Yup I had the same problem last year. Went to the homebrew store and asked for 9 feet of line, guy told me 5 was plenty. After dealing with foam and fast pours for a couple of months I switched to 12 feet, perfect pours now.

How long was it on the hops? I'm about to do this beer and want to avoid getting the same problem you had. Maybe I'll cut the dry hops in half and add them to flameout.

I had the exact problem with my Janet's brown. The beer had almost a perfume like flavor and very vegetal.

I'm from Oklahoma originally and don't miss the lack of beer, sorry for your loss.
