Volume was 5 gallons... I was satisfied with the taste. I had a topping up error where I diluted with way too much water, but save that mistake, I think it would have been almost exactly what I was trying to brew.

Do you think you'd have the splits processed by Sat.? I could pick up on Saturday early to late afternoon; if that gives you enough time to process the splits, of course.

You can have your 2 Row, munklunk; how big are your batches? 10 gallon? I'll get my Vienna on the next buy, its not that urgent.

Munklunk and I were supposed to split some Vienna, but it sounds like he wants 2 Row instead for himself; which is fine with me as I was kind of over-extending myself if the Vienna split had gone through.

bmason, we still need to get down to 42 though, right? If we take off the split of Crystal we'd get down to where we need to be. I'm more than okay with this;I think its only fair as long as Mike_A agrees
