    Clean as you go. Set a timer for hop additions, and you can clean for almost an hour while waiting.

    Man, I love Apfelwein

    It is truly fantastic. It's so smooth and not as bone dry as I'd remembered. It was gassed, but not carbed for those 4 years. It has been in a spare bedroom for nearly all of and into the attic for about 3 months because that spare room became another nursery.

    Never prepay for rent. You don't know the financial shape of the homeowner and he may in the process of foreclosure, owners may change during that time, or he may find some other way to screw you out. But regardless, good luck on the journey.
