    dunk a jug vs. siphon

I am wanting to rack off a gallon of a stout to add some coffee to it. It seems like sanitizing the entire glass growler and slowly dunking it in the bucket to fill it would be easier than starting a siphon. Less chance of oxygen contact and infection in my opinion. Any thoughts?

    Steelers labels

We do a secret santa gift exchange at work. I got a lady who is a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan, specifically Ben Roethlisberger. So, I made her some custom labels for my bombers. We have the Pittsburgh Porter with chocolate and cherries and the Big Ben Brown Ale. Turned out pretty good.

University City actually. I have one batch bottled and one ready to be bottled. So far so good. I've been thinking about checking out one of the local groups. Any thoughts on them?
