I just ordered 2 perlick faucets from northern brewer. I got the 425,s I thought those were discontinued like 2 years ago. Well anyway if someone would like to buy these I would sell them for $40.00. I paid $42.99 for em. or are they worth keeping. they look kind of funny next to my 575.

its been about 3 days since i made my line longer, 6' of 3/16" now. it has helped considerably but it is not consistent. 1 glass will pour with about 1/2" foam the next glass will get about 3/4" foam. I do have some perlick faucets on order an longer beer line, hopefully I will get alot...

those pumps are not self priming and sometimes you have to take to front cover off to get the impeller to turn because there is a bur from the manufacturing when u first use it. you also have to wire a cord to it.

i got the couplings ordered from bargain fittings. I think i will let him weld in a couple and I am going to silver solder or braze some myself and see what I like best. Another ? I have been looking for cadmium free 3/32 welding rod and cannot find any. Do they even make it?

was just wandering if a keggle could be welded with a stick welder. My neighbor is a very good stick welder and he said he could weld them up for me. I took my lid over and had him weld on the washers and they dont look to bad, he said it would have even looked better if he had 3/32 rod.

i just got done putting my stand together. the steel was $80 total, that was for 40 ft of 2" steel stubing 1/8" thick, but I was able to weld it myself.

what is your time worth? you will be spending alot of time cutting that up to fit burners and not to mention the sawzall blades or what ever means you haeve of cutting the holes for the burners. You mite be better off looking at a welder put a stand together for u.
