    Re-Pitching yeast

    Had a OG of 1.068, pitched (with starter) got it down to 1.038, and it's stalled there. I am thinking of pitching a pack of notty to bring the gravity down further. Do you need to aerate if you are re-pitching yeast?

    Watery Taste

    Partial Boil Extract Brew

    Is their any benefit to boil more of the water then the recipes suggest? For example if it says to boil 3 gallons add extract and then top off to 3.5 gal, is it better to top off to 4 if my bot can do it w/o a boilover?
