    Also something else I noticed, that I didnt see anyone touch on. You stated that you used 3/4 cup priming sugar, I would never use a measured amount. Use a Carbonation Chart to calculate the weight of sugar you will need for the total amount of beer you have.

    Bottling a Belgian

    You will not have any issues. I bottle my hefe's all the time in whatever pry top bottles I have laying around and I carbonate to 3.3 to 3.5. just weight your corn sugar out and definitely use a calculator to figure it out.

    Chlorine in Tap water

    I have the same issue with my water. I add campden to my water right when I set it on the burner to start heating. 1 tablet will treat 20 gallons of water, so I use 1/2 tablet for mash water and other for sparge water.

    Hops Direct
