You can carb at two levels, the hard part is if you serve at 10 psi both the kegs will level out to be the same after awhile.

I can't find any ventomatic faucets anywhere! Does anyone no of a store that has any left? Northern Brewer says they are not carring them anymore, Austin doesnt have them on there web page. Are they gone forever?

When I moned this summer me kegorator quit working and I have been working on finding the right fridge. I think this best suits what I was looking for. It is a bottom freezer fridge and will hold 6 cornies plus 5# gas. I should have it up and running this weekend.

I had ordered some yeast and when it came in my wife put it with my hops in the freezer. Can I just put it in the fridge and will it be ok?

SWMBO used to help me bottle. She did not want me to have a kegorator. One day while we were bottling she said there has to be a better way to bottle this beer. Now she is happy not to help me bottle and I have a kegorator.

I like that except wont the tower hit the wall when you open it, and the top seems to weak.

I already have a chest freezer that I use for force carbing and some fermentation. I like having the taps up a little higher than they would be on my chest freezer.

The compresser just went out on my 4 tap fridge. Since I have to start over now, I was wondering what would be the best choice for a new kegorator. Should I go with a upright freezer or a fridge like last time? Any help would be great.

I was going to try mixing a white labs cali and a WY 1272. Has anyone tried that before? I don't believe either would over power and take over the other. Any thoughts....

heat up some water after you clean it and see if oil rises to the top. It took me about 8 cleanings and then boils to not have oil in the boiled water.

I was thinking of dry hopping 2 seperate times. First with one type, then rack and then dryhop with another. Has anyone tried this, or will I be able to tell that I did this at all.

If you are not kegging you could just buy the carbanatior cap and the CO2 injector that uses cartridges. This way you could bring 2 or 3 litter plastic bottles with you. This works great.
