    Hi, I brewed a batch on 11/2, but am about to leave town on business for a few weeks. I decided NOT to do a secondary fermentation, so I'm wondering how long it's "safe" to leave the beer on the yeast in the primary before I have to worry about off flavors? It will probably be 3 weeks or so...
