    Getting the lid off of my fermenting bucket.

    Is there any easy way to get the lid off of my fermenting bucket that I don't know about? I'd hate to struggle with the process if someone knows an easier way.

    Plastic ale pails

    How do you guys that use buckets transfer your beer from the primary bucket to the secondary bucket or a priming bucket? It seems like you should be able to pour one bucket into the other. Is there anything wrong with doing that? Would I be better off using a siphon hose? Any thoughts?
