    problem with beer first time using a mill

    used a corona mill with my last 2 batches something is wrong the beer is really light! it almost seems like all i got was the specialty grains wort is there somthing I missed I used a corona mill compared the milled grain to what I got at the hbs looked the same.

    I think its possible for this to work Im just looking for water saving solution, even if you had it hooked to a imersion chiller and water circulated though and closed system. the transmission cooler in a bucket of cold water, a pump, the imersion chiller in the brewpot.

    already made a imersion chiller. just an idea i had today I think and transmission cooler would work it has a solid piece of copper no solder.

    just wondering if anyone has used a radiator or automotive transmission cooler to cool wort and use a fan in front, it seems that it could cut the water bill down. Im talking a brand new radiator copper style:tank:

    I have one of those fryers. I just bent all the safty stuff out of the way, and just use the temp probe to hold down the red button. Its ghetto but works fine never shuts off:mug:

    ok i have a similar problem but im bottling in all regular style 12 oz bottles. Theres some carbination but not enough to drink. they have been in bottle for 3 weeks. any ideas thanks:drunk:

    when I cut the tops off my kegs I just tied wire around the center then to my 4" grinder and loped around acouple times making the wire stiff then cut the hole the wire just moves around the center worked well:mug:

    Ive been talking to colorado malting co they said its $50 dollars for a 50 pound bag price goes down the more u buy [im not shure how much] anyway im interested in maybe 2 50 pound bags anyone else? :rockin:oh! Im new here:cross:
