    Western Mass Bulk grain...

    Any interest in a bulk grain order from NCM? I am just about ready to pull the trigger on 7-9 sacks. I would be driving up there to get it.     Little electric help..

    So i want to get a little electricity out to the brew stand. I'm only gonna need 110 out there for my Dedicated herms tank (4500 watt element run at 110), Pump and Stirrer in the herms tank.     Sub for carared?

    Looking to make Denny's Waldo Lake Amber only to find out I only have 3.2lbs of carared instead of the 4lbs required for a 10 gallon batch. Here's what i have that i can sub in. Caravienne or Honey Malt. I'm leaning towards the honey malt myself.

    120 Qt Mashtun...

    Is it too big for average 10 gallon recipes? Currently i have a 48qt and its to small. SWMBO picked up a 120qt cooler! Just wondering if its too big.
