Here are my ingredients... what can I brew with them?

What is a good hop to use for dry hopping this hoppy red ale and how many ounces should I use? Keep in mind, I really, really love hoppy beers.

You da man. Thanks for the recipe. A hoppy red was what I wanted to brew. Just wasn't sure I had the ingredients.

Here are my ingredients... what can I brew with them?

Anyone have a good recipe or clone for the following ingredients? This is just some extra grains and hops I have lying around. Keep in mind that I am a big fan of very hoppy IPA's, DIPA's, and Reds. 2-Row Vienna Caramel 60L Crystal 40L Melanoidin Malt Some Chocolate and Roasted...

    What are you drinking now?

I usually drink 3Floyds (Zombie Dust), Revolution (Anti-Hero), and Half Acre (Daisy Cutter and Space IPA). I drank a Solemn Oath growler of a DIPA named Wreckagemaster this weekend and I am patiently waiting for a new brewery named Urban Legend to open up five minutes from my house.

Kegerator Craigslist Oswego, IL (funny ad, not mine)

I saw this ad. Unfortunately, I do live close to him but I am building my own kegerator. I also saw a nice deal on a Summit SBC-500B kegerator for $325 or best offer... http://chicago.craigslist.org/nwc/app/1509496378.html That must be sold by now.

Frigidaire Model FRC445GB Mini-Fridge Kegerator Conversion

I just bought the Frigidaire FRC445GM (silver door) for $80 bucks off of Craigslist. I was originally looking for the Sanyo 4912M for the longest time on Craigslist but no one is ever selling them in my area. And I didn't feel like paying $190 + tax for a new 4912M from Fry's Electronics when...

Best and cheapest double tap tower for homemade kegerator?

How long were the beer lines when you received it -- 5 feet? I just emailed Keg Connection to see if I can custom order 10 foot beer lines with the same tower setup.

Best and cheapest double tap tower for homemade kegerator?

I am planning on purchasing a Sanyo 4912M and converting it into a kegerator. Can anyone provide a link to where I can purchase the best quality and lowest priced double tap tower kit? I would prefer that the faucets, tap handles, bolts, and rubber ring are included of course. Thanks!

    Man, I love Apfelwein

Both of my batches (from 10/30/09 and 11/8/09) have separated clumps of white bubbles on the surface of the Apfelwein. They don't disappear though. I have rolled both Better Bottles by their necks in a circular motion to reactivate the yeast a couple times and the white clumps come back. I...

    Man, I love Apfelwein

So the rising fermentation bubbles in my first 5 gallon Apfelwein batch from October 30th have almost completely subsided. The airlock is still releasing a bubble every so often but it seems like the Montrachet Yeast has eaten up most of the sugar. It is now back to looking like apple juice...

    Man, I love Apfelwein

I started my first 5 gallon batch of Apfelwein last week on Friday, October 30th. Following EdWort's advice, I just bought a second 6 gallon Better Bottle and will be starting my second 5 gallon batch of Apfelwein tomorrow. I am following EdWort's recipe almost exactly. The only difference is...

    Man, I love Apfelwein

I started mine on the night of October 30th and this morning it is spitting a bubble through the airlock every second and tons of tiny bubbles are rising to the surface of the apple juice. :ban:

    Man, I love Apfelwein

It is. The ALDI that I go to has crates and crates of half-gallon 100% Apple Juice for $1.19 each so you can get 5 gallons (10 bottles) for around $12 bucks.

    Man, I love Apfelwein

Somewhat newbie here. I have only brewed two beers so far -- Irish Stout and Old Ale. This is the first time I have tried to ferment Apfelwein. Man, was it easy. I bought ten 64 ounce bottles of cheap 100% apple juice from ALDI for around $12 bucks. The only extra additive in it is Absorbic...
